LUX MED Hospital

LUX MED Hospital is a modern four-storey building which was completed in 2010. It is located in a convenient part of Warsaw with good transport connections to and from outside the city and also to the residential areas in the south of the capital. LUX MED offers general and vascular surgery, orthopedic surgery, urological surgery, laryngolicical surgery, gynecological surgery, obesity treatment and emergency relief.

On the ground floor there are two entrances with separate points for registration, an emergency department for patients and a diagnostic laboratory. The specialised surgery help desk is open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and the orthopedic service is open from 3pm-11pm Monday to Friday and from 10am-11pm at the weekend. MRI and X-ray labs are also situated on the ground floor. On the first floor there is the main registration point for surgery and the Outpatient Clinic. Gastroscopy and coloscopy tract patients are also catered for on the first floor and there is also care for patients who have undergone endoscopic surgery.

On the second floor there is a modern space with two large halls which are used or treating patients. They are equipped with specialised tools for performing laparoscopic surgery and also other procedures. To ensure the highest levels of precision there is also a LUX MED C-arm X-ray and USG. There is an independent lift to transport patients to the operating table. Anesthesia is fully supervised and there is accurate monitoring of the patient's condition with a blood analyser to quickly assess the results of the treatment. The block also has a modern system of decontamination in compliance with the strictest standards of hygiene.

The second part of this floor contains an 11-bed unit residence consisting of six rooms with comfortable adjustable electric beds, a paging system, individual safes, cable TV, Wi-Fi and bathrooms facilities for patients with disabilities.
