Have your senses stimulated with a unique dining experience in Michelin-starred restaurant !
Warsaw has many new creative culinary options but Senses is one of the most intriguing. A visit to Senses is about more than eating. The innovative approach taken here engages all the senses to create a stimulating experience.
From the moment you enter the long passageway, which seems like the entrance to some sort of secret lair, your perceptions are sure to be heightened. The interior is modern and minimalist in style with prewar relics, which were found in the construction phase, on display under an area of glass flooring. The furniture is comfortable but not overly indulgent.
Co-owner and chef Andre Camastra is originally from Italy but has gained much experience in international and Polish restaurants over the last twenty years. He has a love for Polish cuisine but takes a creative approach to his preparation methods. For this reason the menu combines Polish cuisine with international elements.
At Senses there is a 3-course lunch menu and from Monday to Thursday there is a 3-course tasting menu. There are also daily 7-course, 10-course and 15-course tasting menus. Some interesting options include cheese custard, sweet potato pancetta, beetroot, salmon, goat's cheese and caviar and foie gras, fermented plum, molasses and swordfish.
The menus change regularly with even more unusual dishes to try and all dishes are prepared using fresh seasonal ingredients. Sommeliers are on hand to recommend suitable wines to accompany your meal.
Senses has two closed private dining rooms for business or other occasions. The experienced staff provides a professional service to ensure that the right atmosphere is created for you and other guests. Reserve in advance to be sure of a table.
