Chlodna 15 welcomes us to the world of refined flavours of French cuisine. Arkadiusz Wilamowski, the chef, has created his own innovative menu based on the culinary heritage of France, but with Polish elements. The experience he gained in English and French restaurants boasting Michelin stars is a guarantee of creativity and culinary performance of the highest quality. Simple and elegant interiors are perfect for business meetings. Open kitchen invites you to watch the chef at work. In the summer season you are welcome to use our cosy patio.
 
Chlodna 15 is a restaurant that belongs to the category of fine-dining establishments. The restaurant boasts a regularly changed tasting menu in the form of carte blanche, which attracts with the element of surprise.
Menu a la carte is short and changes with seasons of the year as we choose only the ingredients that guarantee freshness and best flavour. Our chef uses nothing but top quality produce, delivered on a daily basis, which is the reason why the menu is often changed, even a few times a week. Most of the ingredients used in the kitchen come from biodynamic fields and farms in France and Poland as well. The venue is famous for its unique sauces that are served with most of the dishes.
Chlodna 15 has its own professional tank with lobsters, which allows us to serve fresh seafood, including our chef’s favourite lobsters. The restaurant also boast an extensive wine list featuring more than 120 different labels from all over the world.
 
Chlodna 15 is located in the centre of Warsaw, at the crossroads with Żelazna street. It is a district that is visited by many tourists as there are numerous war memorials. You can easily find here a parking space.
 
Opening hours:
Tuesday- Saturday, 12.00 pm-3.00 pm and 6.00 pm-10.00 pm
 
Additional information:
We also organise private parties and company events (the restaurant fits 50 people in a sitting arrangement and 100 people for a banquet).
