Batida is the work of three generations. Jadwiga Radziszewska and her husband founded the Warsaw family confectionery in 1990. The current president is their daughter Jolanta Radziszewska, and the third owner is their granddaughter Caroline Radziszewska.'Find your passion and do not let go!'--the slogan that guided them.Batida is inspired by the culture of French-speaking countries, full of refinement, sophistication and noncommittal chic. What makes us different is that all our products are prepared from scratch with natural ingredients, according to original and venerable Belgian-French recipes. Batida's greatest pride is our pastries and sweets. Their quality is ensure by Jef Damme, the Belgian confectioner and author of books on chocolate and desserts. Connected to the boutiques are our cafés, where you can enjoy coffee and something delicious to eat, and also buy chocolates, European cuisine for takeaway and home made preserves. The passion that surrounds our work makes us want to share with you not only sweets, but also our other products. Our business continues to expand. Batida is also a bakery where bread is prepared according to traditional French recipes. At our restaurant on Constitution Square guests can enjoy sophisticated dishes, brilliant interior decoration, a relaxed atmosphere and interesting menu.
