Art and Bar
Club Capitol in North Central Warsaw is one of those places that any city with international pretensions needs to have. No expense has been spared in creating a showcase nightspot of truly jaw-dropping splendour. Part theatre, part Hollywood mansion, sweeping staircases, ornate columns and acres of marble make this the top nightspot in town to see and be seen.
Of course this the kind of place where you’ll need to be smart as well as stylish (or a model), but since opening in 2008, the club has been able to attract some of the biggest names in contemporary dance music, thus ensuring its popularity among connoisseurs. The current sounds are deep house and progressive.
The complex is situated in modern premises standing slightly back from Marszalkowska Street. Spread over two floors, the club consists of a large dance floor, substantial VIP room, mezzanine, theatre foyer and three bars, where you can expect to sample the finest drinks and cocktails. The colour scheme of turquoise, pink, gold and black is applied in various intensities throughout and gives the place a consistent style and vibe.
Club Capitol seems to be consistently taking the plaudits for the top clubbers’ night out in Warsaw – it would seem if you wish to see and be seen both on the dance floor or schmoozing with the VIPs, this must be your first choice.
